Events and visits

To promote and further develop our international relations, we receive many visitors from all over the world. We are visited by politicians, representatives from other hospitals, industry partners, and other stakeholders within our industry.

During the past year, Karolinska has had many major international visitors. The purpose of the visits varies, but what they all have in common is a curiosity to understand how one of the world's best hospitals has developed in recent years. Questions about how Karolinska coped with challenges such as the pandemic and increased demand for care have been on the agenda, as well as topics such as leadership, organization, and digitalization.
